About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to help scale our digital campaigns. As a specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests.
  • Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms.
  • Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools and call tracking platforms. A portfolio of past projects and companies you've worked with is required.

">Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Search Ads Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad budgets.
  • Must submit a portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
