
Client Relationship Manager

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required for this Client Relationship Manager role.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing seller accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. You will also generate new leads and drive new business development initiatives to expand our customer base.

- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing their queries and providing timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competition, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.
