Sales Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting products/services, achieving monthly sales targets, handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers for future business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Make targeted calls to potential customers to present and promote our products/services.
  2. Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets by meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  3. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and address objections in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain a positive relationship with customers to secure future business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability: Comfortable working flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
  • Commitment: Commitment to a minimum of 8 months of employment.
