Graphic Designer Needed

We are seeking a high-performing Graphic Designer who excels in fast-paced environments where daily creative production impacts client growth.

This role requires someone artistically talented and performance-driven, with an obsession for details and strong understanding of ad creative psychology.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality design assets per day (ad creatives, story assets, carousels, thumbnails, banners).
  • Deliver fresh concepts and variations for ongoing campaigns.
  • Maintain a revision rate below 10%.
  • Self-review and quality-check designs before submitting deliverables.
  • Evaluate brand consistency (colors, fonts, messaging hierarchy).
  • Develop style guides per client and ensure adherence across campaigns.
  • Propose new creative ideas based on competitive research, ad libraries, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to review creative metrics and iterate designs.
  • Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Organize working files for seamless handoffs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro (Figma/After Effects a plus).
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Understanding that ads exist to convert, not just look pretty.
  • Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect alignment, consistent typography, correct use of brand assets.
  • Creativity Under Pressure: Ability to deliver engaging work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers.
  • Adaptability: Handling feedback, testing new ideas, and pivoting when performance data suggests new directions.
