**Job Summary:**

This role involves overseeing the development, sampling, and production of products. It also entails coordinating with various teams such as design, production, and quality assurance to ensure timely and profitable execution of orders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage product development processes to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product production and delivery.
  3. Develop and manage product timelines, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development decisions.
  5. Maintain excellent relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of product development and production.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in merchandising, garment industry, or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of garment production, quality control, and supply chain management.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  6. Experience with ERP systems or other industry-specific tools.
  7. Familiarity with international quality standards, regulations, and compliance.
  8. Knowledge of garment industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
