Telecommunications Specialist

To support this mission, we're looking for a skilled Network Infrastructure Manager who can design, implement, and maintain phone systems and VoIP solutions that meet the highest standards of availability and reliability.

1. Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy cutting-edge telecommunication systems that cater to our users' needs.
2. Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Configuration and Management: Configure and manage phone extensions, call routing, voicemail, and other features as required by our users.
4. Technical Support and Training: Provide expert technical support and training to staff on phone system usage and features.
5. Integration and Research: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate phone systems with existing technologies and research new solutions to enhance communication and collaboration within the firm.
6. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and changes in phone systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining phone systems, particularly VoIP.
• Strong understanding of telephony technologies, protocols, and systems.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure as it relates to phone systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
