Business Growth Specialist

The primary function of a Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities through networking, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then develop persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with us.
BDMs work closely with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to drive business growth. They may also manage the activities of others responsible for developing business.
A key aspect of this role is strategic planning, which involves developing a pipeline of new business opportunities. This requires a thorough understanding of the market, our solutions, and our competitors.
Job Requirements- Good English reading, writing, and listening skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Email Marketing, Writing Response Emails, Handling Research, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
