">- Capture and Expand the Karachi Market: Lead efforts to identify and seize new business opportunities in Karachi, utilizing your skills in sales and business development to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Project Execution: Execute complex turnkey projects from start to finish, encompassing sales/business development, pre-sales, finance, payments, project execution, and follow-ups.
- Achieve Targeted Results: Meet or exceed aggressive sales targets within specified timelines, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
- Sustain Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular engagement, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding of their needs.
- Maintain Close Coordination: Establish and maintain strong ties between clients and stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration on all matters.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities, conducting thorough technical evaluations and discussions with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Stay Ahead of Competitors: Continuously gather and analyze competitor information, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Conduct Field Visits: Visit client sites to generate product comparisons, assess customer needs, and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage Financials: Effectively manage the release of payments and financial collaterals, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver world-class after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure Smooth Deliveries: Oversee deliveries at client offices, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
Job Specification
">To be considered for this role, you should possess:
">- Tech/MBA qualification with a focus on Sales/Business Development.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in sales/business development.
- Proven sector expertise in biometric devices, POS, and software solutions for banking and corporate sectors.
- Experience working in multinational/local companies in these sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding of network and software requirements based on our profile.
