We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This role requires designing innovative AI solutions and collaborating with the RFP team to develop proposals and technical documents in NLP, Computer Vision, ML, Generative AI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create tailored solutions such as chatbots, conversational AI, facial recognition, and emerging AI technologies.
  2. Analyze market trends, business challenges, and emerging AI applications across industries.
  3. Work with internal teams to deliver customer-focused AI solutions, including entity extraction, language modeling, and topic modeling.
  4. Gain expertise in Enterprise Video, Redaction, & Digital Evidence Management Solutions and their applications in healthcare, legal, education, and media industries.
  5. Highlight competitive differentiators and value propositions at technical and business levels, including OCR, speech-to-text, and real-time translation solutions.
  6. Produce high-quality responses to RFI/RFPs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and timelines.
  7. Conduct technical product demonstrations showcasing AI-driven features like intelligent search, automated transcription, and video metadata generation.
  8. Act as a technical liaison between marketing, business development, and engineering, aligning client needs with deliverables.
  9. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and positioning, emphasizing AI services such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and recommendation engines.
  10. Work with engineering teams to implement AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).
