Job Title: Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with distributors and priority accounts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and business-building activities.
  • Manage and motivate the regional sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure sustainable delivery of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and documentation, such as distributor claims and sales tracking sheets.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in field sales force, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • University degree: Bachelor's or Master's.
