As a seasoned project manager, you will lead and manage software/IT projects from initiation to closure. This includes ensuring scope and timeline adherence, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders, and developing, maintaining, and communicating project plans, timelines, and budgets.

You will coordinate project objectives, progress, and expectations with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project risks and issues, conduct regular project meetings, and provide status updates. Your task also involves managing project resources effectively and ensuring implementation and adherence to quality assurance processes.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Three to five years of project management experience in software/IT projects is also necessary. Furthermore, you should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your expertise in business analysis and stakeholder management is also essential. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is desirable. Agile and Scrum methodologies are also preferred, and PMP or relevant certifications are highly valued.
