Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled operations coordinator to join our team. This individual will oversee various operational tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The operations coordinator will be responsible for managing supplies, communication systems, and staff. They will plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization, including record-keeping and mail distribution.

A critical aspect of this role is staff management. The operations coordinator will recruit, select, orient, and train employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. The operations coordinator must also be able to coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary.

In addition to their operational responsibilities, the operations coordinator will purchase printed materials and forms, negotiate prices, and approve invoices.

They will maintain historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. This role also involves contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The successful candidate will improve program and service quality by devising new applications, updating procedures, and evaluating system results with users.

Key qualifications for this role include basic computer skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and a good reference in all areas to get work done.
