Job Title: Network Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Network Operations Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various platforms deployed on OSS, EMS, and Service Desk. You will work closely with our team to oversee the planning and execution of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring smooth operations and transformation of Service Desk Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day operations of OSS, EMS, Service Desk & other related platforms
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiencies and optimize platform performance
  • Provide technical support for smooth running of Service Desk Platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and meet strategic objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecoms, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in NOC environment, preferably in a Telco setting
  • In-depth knowledge of OSS and Service Desk platforms, including deployment lifecycle from design to operational handover
  • Strong understanding of IP Networks and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills
