Job Title: Agri. Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agri. Sourcing Specialist to lead our regional agriculture services team in achieving business targets through the implementation of good farm and sustainable agriculture practices.

• Ensure availability and sourcing of quality fresh milk and agri raw materials, leveraging all available resources effectively
• Drive regional operations to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop business forecasts for quality fresh milk and agri raw material sourcing, aligning with relevant stakeholders
• Guide regional and cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable initiatives in agriculture farm activities and value chains
• Act as an advisor to the Agriculture Services function in developing effective strategies for fresh milk/agri raw material volumes and supply according to business needs
• Lead people management affairs in the region, ensuring personal and professional development of team members

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A deep understanding of rural societies, their development, and raw material production systems
• Knowledge and comprehension of modern dairy and agriculture farms' management
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, sustainability of raw material production
• The ability to lead with vision and integrity, fostering team alignment, ownership, and high performance in dynamic environments
