Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cleanliness Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleanliness Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning is done according to standards and schedules are followed.

You will inspect patient rooms after checkout and release them for new admissions only when they meet the cleaning standards. You will also arrange adequate staff coverage to all areas by distributing staff efficiently on a daily basis.

In addition, you will inspect equipment on a daily basis to ensure it is clean and in good operational condition. You will discuss routine activities with other supervisors on a daily basis and handle all cleaning requests by assigning the concerned person.

You will monitor the use of consumable supplies to ensure control and judicious use of housekeeping supplies. Finally, you will provide on-the-job training to staff.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleaning is done according to standards and schedules are followed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of related work experience at supervisory level
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitary standards
  • Ability to control and discipline staff
  • Knowledge of housekeeping work procedures and equipment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shift duties
  • Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
