Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective visual assets for various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create diverse visual assets, including digital graphics, illustrations, logos, marketing materials, and print designs, to enhance brand identity and engage audience.
  • Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative visual solutions that meet objectives.
  • Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create, edit, and finalize visual content, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across different design materials, reinforcing unique voice and aesthetic.
  • Review and proofread designs to guarantee accuracy and adherence to specifications, upholding high standards of attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to growth of visual identity.
  • Adhere to information security policies, procedures, and guidelines when handling visual assets, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of proprietary information.

Professional & Technical Competencies:

  • A strong understanding of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, is essential for this role.
  • At least some experience in UI/UX is required, with a proven track record of successfully implementing user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is necessary for creating, editing, and finalizing visual content.
  • The ability to create and manage visual assets for various platforms and mediums is vital for success in this position.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to conceptualize innovative visual ideas are critical components of this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines are essential for ensuring high quality of visual assets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a design team and other stakeholders are necessary for successful project execution.
  • A continuous learning mindset and willingness to improve design skills are key to staying ahead in this field and contributing to growth of visual identity.
