The Public Awareness Ambassador will drive community engagement for the e-Voucher and fortified flour programs.

Jaranwala Focus:

Mobilizing communities in schools, clinics, and chakkis requires strong public awareness efforts.

No of Positions in Jaranwala:

Five male and five female positions are available for community access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote fortified wheat flour benefits through community sessions.
  • Train staff on CRM (Complaint Response Mechanisms) and PSEA protocols.
  • Distribute awareness materials (flyers, display boards) to retailers and health facilities.
  • Conduct household visits to verify beneficiary eligibility.

Field Operations

  • Monitor 18 retail outlets and 8 chakkis for POS device functionality and stock availability.
  • Escalate technical issues to the Supervisor.

Reporting & Data Collection

  • Document field successes, challenges, and participation rates.
  • Submit weekly activity reports (photos, attendance sheets, feedback logs).
  • Support M&E teams in PDM surveys and data collection.
  • Ensure safe access to services for female beneficiaries.
  • Identify vulnerable groups (disabled, elderly) for targeted support.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Intermediate or Bachelor's in Social Sciences.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in community mobilization, humanitarian work, or SBCC (NGO/INGO experience).
  • Familiarity with local dialects (Punjabi, Saraiki).
