Biochemistry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technologist to join our team. As a Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and CSF. This involves ensuring the accuracy of results, maintaining instruments in the Bio-chemistry Lab, and performing quality control checks.

1. Conducting chemical analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and CSF
2. Ensuring the accuracy of results
3. Maintaining instruments in the Bio-chemistry Lab
4. Performing quality control checks
5. Informing abnormal results to respective doctors/consultants
6. Properly storing samples of abnormal results
7. Following infection control and ISO instructions
8. Instructing and training juniors/trainees
9. Issuing reports
10. Rejecting tests/samples if required based on SOP criteria
11. Repeating tests if necessary
12. Managing daily inventory consumption
