Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Wordsmith Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry and supporting documentation.
  • Responsible for expense recording and reconciliation, as well as maintenance of bank and petty cash control sheets.
  • Verify travel expense reports and manage filing and archiving of all documents.
  • Cordinate with banks for various tasks involving cash drawing, cheque/documents submission.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of office equipment, including computers, printers, and other machinery.
  • Oversee daily operations at two office locations.
  • Coordinate with office supplies vendors, utilities providers, and other external service providers.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for company personnel.
  • Maintain attendance records and handle logistics.
  • Provide general support to visitors and organize appointments.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and admin in the services sector.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and system setup.
  • Adequate understanding of IT equipment and basic software installation.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively; should be a quick learner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
