Customer Engagement Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to sell products or services to potential and existing customers.

The Customer Engagement Expert will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services offered.

Sales Responsibilities
  1. Sales Calls: Make regular outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  2. Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, although some companies may prefer or require a college degree for more specialized or technical sales roles.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals, are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: A Customer Engagement Expert must provide excellent customer service, listening to customers' needs and concerns and responding in a helpful and timely manner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and sales is required.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, product offerings, and sales strategies is crucial for success in this role.
