We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor production schedules and track order progress.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Product Innovation and Sourcing: Assist in product development and sourcing new suppliers.
  • Sales Performance and Market Insights: Analyze sales reports and market data to inform business decisions.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  • Inventory Control: Manage product samples and keep track of inventory.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop marketing strategies.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Merchandising Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Textiles industry.
  • Towel Manufacturing Expertise: Strong knowledge of towel manufacturing and production processes.
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Management and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Accuracy and Quality: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Market Understanding and Customer Insight: Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
