About the Role

This position will lead the development and execution of long-range financial plans and perform in-depth financial analysis to provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior management.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and controlling.
