Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to execute impactful strategies, enhance channel visibility, and drive subscriber growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement data-driven social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base.
  2. Design and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.
  3. Engage with our YouTube community through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster an active and loyal audience.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases, special events, and collaborations.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying trends, and using insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and social media.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on YouTube.
  3. A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement principles.
  4. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  5. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
