We seek a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our company's financial governance and compliance practices.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in SAP security and audit, with a solid understanding of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and GRC systems. Prior experience in handling Segregation of Duties (SoD) is preferable. You will be responsible for reviewing and providing SAP access rights daily, conducting quarterly reviews of 'Critical Access' (SA), and annual refresher training for role owners assigned to roles.

You will also support testing of various control processes, summarize audit findings along with recommendations to management, and assist in coordination of annual testing – design & efficiency. Additionally, you will interact with various collaborators – users, local subsidiary managers, and IT during system upgrades/changes/testing.

As a Business Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive, you will drive continuous improvement projects, enhance/challenge current ways of working, and bring a strong analytical mindset to our team.
