We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and boost sales revenue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create effective strategies to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration.
• Implement targeted marketing plans to reach key consumer groups and achieve business objectives.

Key Consumer Segments:

• Identify key consumer groups to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.
• Tailor marketing efforts to resonate with the needs and preferences of target demographics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other departments to drive cohesive brand messaging.

Analyzing Market Trends and Consumer Behavior:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Analyze consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Monitoring and Evaluating Performance:

• Track the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, measuring against predefined targets and KPIs.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
• Compile sales data and other relevant metrics to create detailed performance reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market insights.

Coordinating Media and Sponsorship Activities:

• Liaise with media outlets and sponsors to maximize brand exposure through advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
• Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

Developing Business Strategies and Execution:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
• Utilize sales operations and CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and drive sales growth.

Managing Advertising Campaigns and Marketing Platforms:

• Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Optimize marketing platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.

Market Analysis and Trend Identification:

• Utilize sales data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to capitalize on market dynamics and stay ahead of competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
• Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in budget management and sales strategies tracking.
• Ability to assist/manage marketing campaigns and events from start to finish.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to produce reports for evaluating the effectiveness of publications, events, and marketing campaigns.
