About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Contributor Account Management Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and clients to enable global exposure and successful career growth.

The Team:

  • This team is responsible for providing primary support to research contributors when issues or queries arise with content distribution, processing, tagging, and readership. Additionally, we ensure our clients have proper access set up on our platforms.

The Impact:

This role entails a wide range of responsibilities, including content quality assurance, client services, and project management. It offers a great mix of client-facing and content-focused work, as well as independence and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve content quality to ensure it meets high standards.
  • Closely monitor research upload and processing to the platform, performing day-to-day QA activities.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, research content-related testing, research access issues, and projects.
  • Analyze client research access to grow our research business.
  • Identify entitlement issues for our clients.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for research contributors and SPGMI clients regarding Investment Research content and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer services (global client experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work on team-based projects independently within shifting priorities (US or Europe hours).
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills; workable understanding of MS Excel and databases preferred.
  • Fluency and eloquence in English is mandatory; additional language skills a plus.
