Job Title: Project Manager - Microsoft Fabric Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects involving Microsoft Fabric technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables, for Microsoft Fabric projects. Define project milestones, success criteria, and communication plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, progress, and issues. Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have necessary resources and support.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them and ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices for Microsoft Fabric technologies. Conduct reviews and testing to verify solutions are functional, reliable, and meet business requirements.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, monitoring resource utilization and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, documenting and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project management practices, implementing best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing technology projects.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric components, including data integration, analytics, and cloud solutions. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
