Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Programs Director to lead the development and implementation of training programs for various teams within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training program management.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the implementation and inputs on applicable learning systems and structuring the digital content creation roadmap in line with the L&D team's digital strategy.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with stakeholders to align on the needs and status of training programs. They will also be able to structure the training roadmap for new joiners and refresher training for existing employees.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of trainers and instructors, as well as developing and delivering training programs. They will also be able to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adults.
