Commercial Sales Associate

Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a challenging role where you can drive business growth and expand our vendor network? We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our commercial domain, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless onboarding and operational excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can effectively communicate with vendors, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive mutual growth. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face meetings with vendors, researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest about our platform. You will also oversee the onboarding process, develop strategies to maximize vendor potential, and manage vendor-related inquiries and issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct external face-to-face meetings with vendors to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Research accounts to identify stakeholders and decision-makers, and generate interest about our platform.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors and develop strategies to maximize their potential.
  • Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor journeys and high-quality vendor experiences.
  • VVisit fields regularly to ensure all targeted shops are being onboarded properly.
  • Responsible for bringing remaining strategic brands on our platform and ensuring no category is missed in the assigned region.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory on Salesforce and provide training and support required during the initial onboarding period.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce or FMCG sales.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
