About the Role

As a Field Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing real estate agencies' portfolios in assigned areas/regions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure revenue growth ambitions are met as per regional business plans.

You will develop and implement strategies to add new clients, expand existing relationships, and revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities. Efficient task management and KPI tracking within CRM tools for assigned portfolios are also essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, active-listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate agencies' portfolio in assigned areas/regions
  • Conduct daily field visits to provide product demonstrations and secure impactful deals
  • Achieve revenue growth ambitions as per regional business plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities
  • Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within CRM tools for assigned portfolios

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
  • This is a field-based role, requiring travel to client meetings within assigned areas
  • Regular working hours, with need-based evening or weekend work as required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proven experience in business development and efficient account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, active-listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
