Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to ensure the highest quality software products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

This involves conducting end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) testing, including smoke, functional, UI, regression, and performance testing.

Close collaboration with project leads and development teams is crucial for timely completion of testing tasks and identifying defects early in the SDLC.

Additionally, this role involves writing, reviewing, and executing test scenarios manually and using automation tools.

  • Conducting comprehensive testing of complex web applications, Android, and iOS applications.
  • Writing detailed test cases and review documents.
  • Executing and logging defects in JIRA.
  • Participating in design reviews and requirements inspections.
Requirements & Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Professional experience in software quality assurance is also essential, particularly in areas such as test-case writing, defect reporting, and testing strategies.

Candidates should have extensive experience in software testing, including hybrid and native mobile testing.

A sound understanding of software quality assurance principles and methodologies is required.

Experience with agile development methodology and Scrum would be beneficial but not mandatory.

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
  • Extensive experience in software testing.
  • Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android).
