Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive operational efficiency, facilitate accurate reporting, and enhance coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a moderate level of supervision and regular guidance from senior leadership to align priorities, review progress, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
- Coordinate and Consolidate Operational Reports for Executive Review JD: Gather, analyze, and present network performance, field activities, and project updates for executive dashboards and strategic reviews.
- Support Network Deployment and Maintenance Projects: Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating field operations related to network rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Facilitate Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication JD: Act as a liaison between executive management, field teams, and support departments to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and Track Field Operations KPIs JD: Track key operational metrics (e.g., fault rates, resolution times, preventive maintenance) and flag deviations to relevant teams.
- Ensure Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Standards JD: Monitor and support implementation of HSE protocols across wireline field operations, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory safety guidelines. Assist in incident reporting, awareness sessions, and audits.
- BE/ BS/ BSc. in Electrical/ Power/ Telecom Engineering.
- Understanding of fixed line Telecom Services Provider from deployment to post sales services.
