Job Overview

As an enterprise AI delivery lead, you will own the path from SOP to live agent system, working closely with clients, engineers, and founders. Your role is to deliver fully executed AI workflows for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive AI systems for large-scale clients.
  • Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Transform ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specifications, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate tightly with engineering teams to design and deploy automation-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product development, solutions delivery, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services.
  • Hands-on expertise in translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features.
