Senior Software Development Role

This position requires a skilled Senior Software Engineer who can develop server-side applications using JAVA. The engineer should be able to write clean, modular code that adheres to industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy server-side applications using JAVA and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
  • Assist in mentoring junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in JAVA/Spring development, including Spring MVC/Hibernate and AJAX web applications.
  • Proficiency in database management systems, such as PostgreSQL on AWS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and migration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
