Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid.">
• Verify the precision of analytical instruments in the Biochemistry Laboratory.">
• Run quality control checks daily, review results, and interpret EQA data.">
• Notify healthcare professionals of abnormal test results.">
• Store samples with abnormal findings properly.">
• Follow infection control guidelines.">
• Train junior staff members.">
• Issue accurate laboratory reports.">
• Reject tests or samples as necessary, following established SOPs.">

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of kits, consumables, and other essential materials.">
• Update and maintain accurate laboratory records.">
• Perform monthly maintenance tasks on analytical instruments according to established procedures.">
• Document weekly maintenance activities.">
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to resolve issues with laboratory equipment.">
• Place regular orders for supplies and materials.">
