**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal advisor to join our team. As a legal advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on legal matters related to higher educational institutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on matters related to higher educational institutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve legal issues and disputes.

 

Requirements:

  • Masters in Law (LLM) from a recognized institution.
  • Enrolled as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in high court practice, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in dealing with matters of higher educational institutions.

 

Eligibility Criteria for High Court Cases:

  • LLM from a recognized institution.
  • Enrolled as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in high court practice, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in dealing with matters of higher educational institutions.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • The appointment will be made on a case-by-case basis for cases involving the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court, and District Courts.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in dealing with university affairs and those well-versed with university rules and regulations.
  • Candidates must send their CVs to the Office of the University Attorney along with attested copies of documents by a specified deadline.
  • A committee constituted by the Vice Chancellor will assess and recommend a panel of candidates based on their professional credentials.
  • The university reserves the right not to consider any application without assigning a reason.
