At Data Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in enhancing human interactions within large enterprises. Our primary focus is to improve contact center interactions for sales, service, retention, collections, and customer satisfaction across various fields.

We measure performance using real-time control groups, routing a portion of calls using the client's existing system and the majority using our data-scientist-designed pairing and next-best-action recommendation strategies. This enables us to deliver value by providing actionable insights and optimizing agent and customer interactions.

Your responsibilities will include performing statistical inference on large datasets, drilling down on results, building predictive models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting theoretical concepts to real-world problems.

Key skills required for this position include proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python, experience with statistics, machine learning, linear programming, or mathematical optimization, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Bayesian statistics, hierarchical modeling, MCMC algorithms, and latent factor models is also desirable.
