
Operations Leader

A Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in achieving operational excellence. This role involves overseeing various aspects to ensure the team's success, including performance management, goal implementation, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in managing teams. They should be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive results.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performance Management: Manage the performance and behavior of team members through effective 1:1 meetings, coaching, and mentorship.
- Goal Implementation: Implement performance goals, monitor progress, and evaluate against pre-set targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staffing Management: Partner with workforce management to execute daily staffing plans and ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Schedule Management: Manage schedules, monitor adherence, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of constituencies.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision making.
