As a Management Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients improve their business processes and overall performance.

The position requires a strategic thinker who can provide unbiased and objective advisory services to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct consultative support, fostering positive client relationships, and making recommendations for improved business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Support clients in utilizing asset management tools and reporting capabilities to enhance their operations.
  • Manage workload scheduling for on-site resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing knowledge and assistance in Process Improvement, Change Management, and data analysis.
  • Assist clients and on-site resources with data collection and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Track and report on project status to the Project Manager, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience managing resources and performing data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working on client sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project, to efficiently manage projects and data.
  • MBA or MS in Finance, Management, or HR is preferred but not required, depending on relevant experience.
