We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Litigation Paralegal.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in plaintiff litigation and exhibit strong communication skills to enable effective interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning strategy for each client
  • Strategize and plan to advance cases

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
