We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online sales and digital marketing efforts for a European brand based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to develop and execute a multi-channel B2C marketing strategy with a focus on digital scale-up.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  2. Create and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and drive conversions.
  3. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  4. Design and execute A/B and MVT testing to improve website performance.
  5. Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales, revenue, and key trends.
  6. Manage the customer journey from initial contact to post-purchase engagement.
Requirements
  1. Possess a degree in web design, computer science, IT, or marketing, from a reputable university.
  2. Have excellent command over English with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing channels.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Webmaster tools, paid social, mobile, and affiliate management.
  5. Show proficiency in using email marketing tools and Google Analytics.
  6. Have experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Magento.
  7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer experience principles and usability guidelines.
