Job Title: User Interface Expert

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented User Interface (UI) expert to join our growing team. As a UI expert, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and align with business objectives.

  • You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure consistency and alignment of design with brand and user experience standards.

User Experience and Design:

  • Develop user flows and journey maps to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements.
  • Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and feedback sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts.
  • User-Centered Approach:
    • Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
    • Ability to conduct usability testing and translate findings into design improvements.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good to Have:
    • Experience designing for ERP or financial applications.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology and version control systems like Git.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design.
