About This Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer who can commission and service chillers and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending to and handling all models of chillers and low-side equipment complaints
  • Carrying out timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers
  • Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for failures

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard, adhering to EHS guidelines as per Trane standards. You will also be expected to handle all customer service requirements, generate leads, and provide daily reports to the office.

  • Responsible for commissioning & servicing of chillers and HVAC systems
  • Attending to and handling all models of chillers and low-side equipment complaints as per ASM instructions and company guidelines
  • Carrying out timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per SOP
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures and sharing findings with Quality team & FFL
  • Ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines as per Trane standards
  • Handling all customer service requirements
  • Generating leads
  • Ensuring quality job execution and timely completion of service tasks
  • Providing daily reports to the office & ASM
  • Sharing service reports with parts requirements to the deployer
  • Holding driving licenses for 4-wheeler/2-wheeler vehicles
  • Ensuring safety and vehicle audit requirements are followed and honored
  • Service Technicians should have practical hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services
  • Service Technicians should have operational experience with MS Office, Internet, Mail, etc.
