Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team as a Portfolio Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing daily and monthly accounts for a portfolio of companies.

• Account Preparation: Prepare and finalize daily and monthly accounts for a portfolio of companies, ensuring all financial activities comply with US GAAP and relevant tax laws.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with overseas teams on a daily basis to ensure cohesive operations and effective communication.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for senior review, utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or other relevant tools effectively.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in finalizing accounts, preferably with a background in portfolio management.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations, including US GAAP.
• Qualifications: Accounting qualification (ACCA, CA Finalist) is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy in work, strong communication skills, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
