Data-Driven Growth Strategy

This role is critical in driving the growth of our products through well-curated acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be analytically savvy, creative, and experimental, with a strong background in product management within the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities
  • We need you to develop and execute innovative growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product lines.
  • You will analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth and upsell opportunities and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Your task is to design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features, marketing campaigns, and user experiences.
  • You will work closely with product, marketing, development, and sales teams to align growth strategies with company goals.
  • Gathering and leveraging customer feedback to inform product improvements, develop new features, and enhance onboarding to increase retention is also part of your job.
  • You must define, track, and report key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and identify potential growth areas to inform product strategy is also important.
  • You will contribute to the product roadmap with growth-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Assisting Growth Directors by presenting market expansion plans for different regions, backed by research, sales forecasts, and actionable plans is another duty.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for scaling operations and achieving long-term growth is also expected.
