About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team at TriVA Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will lead a team of virtual assistants in providing strategic direction for our clients' e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and other sales platforms. You will also oversee the development and execution of e-commerce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client goals.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing e-commerce strategies that align with client business objectives.
  2. Oversighting website and marketplace sales, including product listings, pricing strategies, SEO, and customer journey enhancement.
  3. Leading and guiding teams of virtual assistants to deliver high-quality results.
  4. Analysing competitors' online strategies and emerging trends in the e-commerce sector.
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates on project status, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have 5-10 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on both website and marketplace sales in European and U.S. markets. You will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
