The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in hiring and nurturing talent. Familiarity with Web3 solutions and their application in fintech is also desirable.

Excellent communication abilities, both in speaking and writing, are necessary for this role. Prior involvement in startups or compact teams, with agility to adapt to evolving environments, is highly valued.
