About This Role
  • We're seeking a skilled QA Engineer who can help drive the success of our AI automation products.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering background who is passionate about quality, eager to explore cutting-edge QA technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of our AI-powered automation products.
  2. Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI automation products.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solution Enablement teams to translate requirements into robust test plans.
  4. Identify potential edge cases, failure points, and system-level risks early in the development lifecycle.
  5. Create automated test suites (unit, integration, regression, performance, end-to-end).
  6. Write test automation code in Python/JavaScript and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Develop reusable test frameworks that scale across multiple products and teams.
  8. Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven QA tools and methodologies.
  9. Apply AI to test generation, anomaly detection, log analysis, and continuous validation.
  10. Promote best practices for AI-enabled QA within the company.
  11. Partner with engineers to ensure test coverage and quality gates are embedded in the development process.
  12. Work closely with Product to define acceptance criteria and verify business-critical workflows.
  13. Proactively communicate quality status, risks, and improvements to leadership.
  14. Drive a culture of quality and reliability across the organization.
  15. Document test cases, frameworks, and QA processes for knowledge sharing.
  16. Stay ahead of emerging QA automation trends, tools, and AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Tech-savvy
    • 3+ years of experience in QA, software engineering, or test automation.
    • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
    • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and test automation frameworks.
    • Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
    • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing tools (or strong desire to learn and implement).
  2. Analytical & Collaborative
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex systems into testable components.
    • Excellent communication skills—able to partner with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and relentless about ensuring product quality.
