Key Responsibilities

As a member of the academic staff, you will be responsible for meeting annual targets assigned by the Head of Department.

  1. Meet annual targets assigned by the HOD.
  2. Work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Principal of the University to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
Teaching and Learning

You will teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy and continue to develop your own teaching and learning skills.

Student Supervision and Support

You will supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, set and mark work and examinations, and provide feedback to students.

Mentoring and Data Management

You will execute mentoring of 15 to 20 students as per the Riphah Mentoring Program and update data in VLE and other required software.

Research and Publication

You will carry out independent research and act as principal investigator and project leader, write or contribute to publications or disseminate research findings using other appropriate media, and seek practical application of research findings.

Leadership and Administration
