We are seeking an international business development lead to join our team. As a International Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships, and delivering high-quality services to clients in multiple markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and operational style.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and universities.
  • Deliver high-quality education and visa advice to clients.
  • Supervise daily operations, assist with staff training, and develop new sales initiatives.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for employees as they generate leads.
  • Monitor performance metrics and address customer and employee satisfaction concerns promptly.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years experience in education and visa consulting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation abilities.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate a team.
  • History of meeting and exceeding targets.
